Common questions
How do I join a trip?
Ask the organizer for the invite link and open it on your phone. If you don't have the app yet the link takes you to the App Store, then straight to the trip once you've signed up. Trips also have a six-character code you can enter by hand.
Scores didn't sync
Scores are saved on your phone first and sent up when there's a signal, so a dead spot on the course doesn't lose anything. If a score still hasn't appeared for other players after you're back online, pull down to refresh the round.
Someone's score or the settlement looks wrong
Any player in a round can correct a score — open the round and edit the hole. Settlement figures recalculate from the scores, so fixing the score fixes the money. Completed rounds are locked until someone deliberately reopens them.
Reporting or blocking someone
Press and hold any message or photo to report it. To block someone, press and hold their message and choose Block. Blocking hides everything of theirs from you across the whole app, immediately, and they aren't told. We review reports and remove content that breaks the Terms of Service.
Turning off AI recaps
The trip organizer can switch them off in the trip's settings.
Notifications
Per-type switches live in the app under Profile → Notifications. iOS Settings turns them off entirely.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete Account, inside the app. It removes your profile and your ability to sign in, and it can't be undone. Scores from rounds you played with other people stay on their scorecards — those are their records of a shared round. If you organized a trip your group still needs, hand it over first.
Reporting a bug
Email us with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything. If it's about a specific round or trip, the name of it lets us find the data.
